I am working on the development of solar power so it will be cheaper and more efficient. So we need less fossil fuels and stop global warming

We need energy 24/7 for lighting, heating, cooking, transporting water, watching tv, driving cars, planes, powering schools and hospitals… the list goes on and on! I work on extracting fossil fuels to make sure there is enough energy to power our world.

My team is developing future engineering design tools that will enable engineers to build better solar panels, wind farms and nuclear reactors, leaving the fossil fuels in the ground so that we do not make global warming worse than we think it might be.
