• Question: How often do you get called to the bosses room(unless you are the boss)?

      @Moomin Bates – Never! He’s too busy! I have to arrange to meet the boss with his personal assistant.

      Is that like getting called in to be told off?! Hasn’t happened yet… my boss is like Lee’s, too busy to call anyone in, I have to arrange to see meet him when I need to.

      That hasn’t happened yet – phew! I arrange to meet her once a year to discuss my future plans, but other than the occasional coffee/social occasion we’re all a bit too busy. I guess it’s all about mutual trust and respect.

    Generally I’m in the same room as my boss and we all sit at our desk, in a relatively relaxed environment. He usually brings in cakes on a Friday…

    So once a week I’m over at his desk… doughnuts are my favourite… especially fudge doughnuts. 🙂
