• Question: why did you live in Singapore with your job, what did you do there ?

      I haven’t lived in Singapore. I did study in Malaysia for a year, and visited Singapore while I was there.

      I lived in Istanbul, Turkey for 6 months with work.

      My company is global so we have offices all over the world. This means that there are lots of opportunities for short and long term assignments. They were looking for someone to work in a client’s offices, looking after the engineering aspects of the client’s projects across Asia Pacific. I thought it sounded really interesting and that Singapore looked like a good place to live in, which it was!
