      @Rairf Nhoj Revilo That’s a great interview question! You need to be good at the subject you are teaching and also know what skills students need to have to get the best job in an engineering company. You need to be able to communicate what you know in an interesting way and set exercises that help students learn. You also need to be a good listener and use feedback from the students to improve how you teach your course. If the students enjoy your course and get a great job at the end of it, you’re a good lecturer!
